[kde-freebsd] koffice is missing kde-config

Hi Andy,

I've run into the same problem (missing kde-config in KDE4);
I assume that the mentioned fix is only available via CVS, or should I
just apply the patch posted by Max to bsd.kde.mk? Thanks for a hint;
