[kde-freebsd] a problem found while upgrading KDE

A problem occured while upgrading KDE like followings:

The problem is the dependency of kdelibs3, the kdelibs3 MUST be the
same version as kdebase3. Would you please fix the problem in ports? (
I guess it can be fix in the Makefile)
