Just did big ports update, which included kde (-> 3.5.6), and now some sound
notifications doesn't work.

After a little research, discovered that low bitrate ogg file doesn't play
anymore.

I'm tryng:
$ artsplay KDE_Beep_Car.ogg

File plays fine in audacity

Also resampled the file to different bitrates, and the results (all exported
from previous file):

Doesn't work:
KDE_Beep_Car.ogg: Ogg data, Vorbis audio, mono, 44100 Hz, ~64000 bps,
created by: Xiph.Org libVorbis I (1.0.1)
KDE_Beep_Car_0.ogg: Ogg data, Vorbis audio, mono, 44100 Hz, ~60000 bps,
created by: Xiph.Org libVorbis I
KDE_Beep_Car_5.ogg: Ogg data, Vorbis audio, mono, 44100 Hz, ~96000 bps,
created by: Xiph.Org libVorbis I

Works:
KDE_Beep_Car_7.ogg: Ogg data, Vorbis audio, mono, 44100 Hz, ~120000 bps,
created by: Xiph.Org libVorbis I

Files also fail in amarok/noatun

Just in case recompiled:

libogg-1.1.3,3
gstreamer-plugins-vorbis-0.10.12_1,3
libvorbis-1.1.2,3
arts-1.5.6,1

To no avail

system:
FreeBSD moonlight 6.2-PRERELEASE amd64

Any help or ideas are appreciated.
