[kde-freebsd] Ghostscript conflict

Putting 

WITH_GHOSTSCRIPT_AFPL= YES

in /etc/make.conf should do the trick and switch the dependency for all ports 
that use USE_GHOSTSCRIPT (including kdegraphics) from gnu to afpl.
