[kde-freebsd] issues with most recent KDE

Actually, after a glance at the code, all that should be necessary should be 
the xkb rules files, which are provided by the x11/xkeyboard-config port. Let 
me know if this works for you or you find any other ports required for this 
to work so I can add some runtime dependencies to kdebase.
