[kde-freebsd] Removal of gnu-autoconf/make

The real problem is that detect-autoconf.pl (part of the standard KDE
build-system) does not like the aclocal as offered by autoconf-wrapper,
refuses to detect it as a proper aclocal executable and fails. As a
consequence, no environment variables for AUTOCONF, AUTOHEADER etc get set
and that in turn causes the error in cvs.sh (it calls $AUTOCONF --version,
which then expands to '' --version).

Unfortunately my perl-fu isn't strong enough to find out what's going wrong in
detect-autoconf.pl - the script is attached.
