[kde-freebsd] Conflicting file in x11-toolkits/qt33 and devel/qt4-designer

To clarify, this would include all other executables installed by qt4 as well, 
i.e. moc4 and uic4 would also become moc-qt4 and uic4, rcc would become 
rcc-qt4, etc.
