Translation in French of Digikam

je fais suivre la demande de Raymond ici.
Nous avons le site https://fr.l10n.kde.org/ te donnera un premier
aperçu de la façon dont se fait les traductions et des outils
utilisés.
Pour digikam (https://fr.l10n.kde.org/apps/pofiles.php#digikam),
normalement Xavier est dessus mais je le laisse répondre pour plus en
détails.
