MRs for dropping dead(?) Python bindings generation, scheduled for Feb 26/27

Hi,

so no-one has been found so far who is building or even using the Python 
bindings for KF modules (see also query on distributions ML*), and those with 
insight consider it not easily unrecoverable by what I understood.

Thus there is now a set of MR prepared to remove the dead cmake code for that, 
getting rid of unused log messages and code that is bitrotting.
Proposed would be to merge it upcoming WE (Feb 26th/27th), so there is a last 
chance of a week for anyone to speak up to rescue things, but also another 
week before the tagging:
