  - Get rid of unnecessary copying of URLs
  - Switch to interface generated at compile time
  - Delete unused interfaces
  - Merge branch 'master' into arcpatch-D23384
  - remove kiofuseinterface from build
  - Align arguments
  - Only send original URLs to non-KIO apps if authority is empty
