CI status

Sorry for the big CI breakage, it seems I forgot to do the step1 version 
upgrades last month (KF5_VERSION) so both step1 and step2 (KF5_DEP_VERSION) 
happened together today. I'll rerun the failing builds in the right order to 
make it green again.

Well, where it was actually green. I wanted to email the list about some help 
with fixing the last failing tests, but now's clearly not a good time to get 
an overview...
