D8970: Use https for downloading currency exchange rates

TEST PLAN
  Removed my `~/.local/share/libkunitconversion/currency.xml` file, restarted krunner, entered `5EUR` and got the file properly created. I verified with `curl` that the request returns `200 OK` and doesn't do a redirect or so.
