D7270: [FileUndoManager] Enable undoing changes in read-only folders

REVISION SUMMARY
  This patch adds PrivilegeExecution flag to the jobs used by FileUndoManager thus allowing undo operation in a read-only folder.
  TODO: make this toggle'able from dolphin's settings.
