src/khtml_printsettings.h src/kmultipart/httpfiltergzip.cpp
src/kmultipart/httpfiltergzip_p.h src/rendering/table_layout.cpp
src/rendering/table_layout.h) and the LGPL license requires shipping the
full text with the source code.
