Question about goal of Windows/Mac frameworks

Nobody have never said that kdoctools should be disabled for ever, and it is NOT even disabled at
the moment, you can just build without having it available. And that is very reasonable,
as most people don't need any of the documentation stuff we ship in the frameworks.
An other story is the application documentation.

And yes, this will all take a lot more time, to have at least kind of feature parity on Windows
and Mac.
