KIdleTime : to poll not or provide a settable resolution for the polling backends?

Another thing I should have realised:

It is not currently feasible with Qt to detect "global" events that are not 
destined to "ourselves" (see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/19229777/how-to-detect-global-mouse-button-events and 
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4752427/osx-detect-system-wide-keydown-events). In addition to that, creating the grabber widget when no other GUI 
exists causes a basic, empty window to appear on the screen (-1000,-1000 happens 
to be on my left monitor, apparently).

I'll have a look at adding an ObjC(++) snippet, but only since I love the 
language :)
