No version tags in KF5 repos ?

Hi,

the kde4 repos I know have git tags for all released versions, so I just
tried to find out the changes in git repo kiconthemens between
5.10.0 and 5.11.0 but did not found the related git tag.

git tag shows:

v4.100.0-rc1
v4.100.0-rc2
v4.95.0
v4.96.0
v4.97.0
v4.99.0-rc1
v4.99.0-rc3
v5.0.0
v5.0.0-rc1
v5.0.0-rc2
v5.1.0
v5.1.0-rc1

v5.3.0
v5.3.0-rc1
v5.4.0
v5.4.0-rc1
v5.5.0
v5.5.0-rc1

v5.6.0-rc1

Is this intentional ?
