OSX/CI: kdeclarative fails to build on branch master

Hi,

kdeclarative currently fails to build on OSX/CI because I haven’t installed 
port lib epoxy yet.

The question though is: is it really needed on OSX, as X11 isn’t really 
used with a native OSX/Qt install??
