I'm suggesting to not make it a framework yet. We can ship it in kde/workspace 
or whereever it is now for the time being. Vishesh said he's already working 
on cleaning out the Xapian dependency, I hope it can become a proper framework 
when that is complete.

I'm not in a position to veto it nor do I want that kind of responsibility, 
this is /just/ my opinion on the matter and I hope it's taken as input for a 
wise decision that we don't regret later on.
