This para was added by jtamate with commit log "Not being so optimistic about bugs..." in 2008
to several kdelibs man page docbooks.
This sentence is still in man-kjs5.1.docbook, man-kbuildsycoca5.8.docbook, man-desktoptojson.8.docbook
man-kcookiejar5.8.docbook, man-meinproc5.8.docbook, man-kded5.8.docbook, man-kjscmd5.1.docbook 
and man-kf5kross.1.docbook
I'll change it for kdeinit5 to "Please use <ulink url="http://bugs.kde.org">KDE's bugtracker</ulink> to report Bugs."
The sentence should be changed for all other affected docbooks as well, right?
Is it ok to do that for the other docbook without review?
