Renaming the Predicate framework to KDb?

The kdelibs4 version won't be released/maintained (unless someone
invests in it).

The final repo will have Qt5 version only, at some stage is worked
already, some cmake cleanups are needed and perhaps the mentioned
renames.

It's a helper from calligra.git, won't be used in the extracted repos.
