Non-coinstallable frameworks

I guess, I ought to write a document about this. :)

The libraries are coinstallable, the daemon is not.

libkactivities for 4.x works on kamd 5.x without issues. (I used old plasma
with the new kamd for a long time - before I switched to plasma 5)

It is another of the reasons why I want to separate the daemon from the
framework repository.

It used to contain only the link to the discussion on the reviewboard which
explained the situation.
