What's "qt5-stable" on build.kde.org

this thread makes it seem as if one needs to build against the latest stable
as well as against qt5’s head revision. This would require two CI system
configurations to be run for everything…

That doesn’t sound like a viable way to me, as it doubles CI efforts.
