QML Bindings for KDE frameworks, take 2

Just as information:
now the QML imports:
* draganddrop
* kquickcontrols
* qtextracomponents

are no more in plasma-framework, but in the kdeclarative repo

the dirmodel import wasn't used and is now gone (is somebody was planning to 
use it please speak now): it will hopefully be replaced with a more complete 
one that is being developed in folderview
