Fix signal/Slot in kcmutils/dialog

Hi,
In qt4 it was a KDialog so okClicked() and applyClicked() existed.
Now it’s a KPageDialog => a QDialog so we must to connect to QDialogButtonBox.

This patch fixes bad signal.

Can I commit it ?
