I'd say it doesn't matter much, even if the library name would look odd you
could keep the naming as is.

Well, for sure not before 5.1.
Now I'd like to challenge the very assumption of having it in KDE Frameworks.
Is it something meant to be reusable or meant only for plasma-nm / workspace
only use? If the latter I'm not sure it's something we'd want in KF. If the
former then it might be interesting to get them in.
