Wait, there is no class defined in interfaces/kspeech/kspeech.h, only a few
enums.
The DBUS xml file in that dir is the one that the application use in order to
generate a org::kde::KSpeech class.
So there's no *library* code in kdelibs for this currently, but there's still
two files that need to be installed by a framework, for apps to compile.

This would create a compile-time dependency on kdeaccessibility,
in all the apps that use that dbus interface.
I think this circles back to kdbusaddons, but I'll give time to e.g. Kévin to
give his input.
