Nope.

Necessary things are only in 5.1 (QSaveFile, Q_COREAPP_STARTUP_FUNCTION, 
QX11Info),
and more and more of these things will be there over time.

The hassle of supporting two Qt versions will only slow down development and 
dependency cutting.
