Dialogs, KMessage box and job widgets

The question makes sense. I suppose that widgets compose dialogs and as 
such they should stay lower in the tier hierarchy.

Well, I'm answering myself :-)
KMessageBox should go to kwidgets, into src/dialogs. For instance, that 
is the new place of the KDialog base class, so that choosing that place 
would be quite logical for now.
