state of tier2/, i.e. kauth and kconfig ?

Hi,

what is the current state of kauth and kconfig ?
Are they supposed to be done, i.e. buildable standalone ?
If not, is there a plan when this should be done, i.e. should this wait until 
they are moved into separate repositories, or is this simply not done yet ?
