i think it's most important to get the people who are already here on this 
list at the meeting. then we can announce the time and date on k-c-d and 
perhaps kde-devel. we don't need a town-hall meeting this time, but rather to 
document what those who are already involved have stored away in their brains 
and to come to some further decisions on how to measure milestones, what tasks 
are open right now, etc.
