[Kde-finance-apps] Spring meeting

Hi all,

some more news on the meeting:

- hotel rooms have been booked. In case someone has to cancel, we can do so 
w/o penalty until April 1st. Rooms will be paid directly by KDE e.V.  The 
place has a limited availability of the receptionist. Please check those 
times against your itinerary. 

- I have updated the wiki page with information about the hotel and a link to 
a map containing markers for the important spots
