Hi,

KMyMoney 0.9 is pretty old and it's a KDE3 application so the short
answer is: editing the KDE4 regional settings and seeing the results
in a KDE3 application is not going to work. You have to install the
KDE3 control center and edit the KDE3 regional settings or you could
try the KDE4 version of KMyMoney (the latest is version is 3.98.1).
