to summarize, here is the count so far:

If we are going to look for an alternative date, I guess it should be
the weekend prior to May 1st, because Arnaud has a fork coming in
toward the end of May.

Thomas, do you think it will be hard to get accomodations in Frankfurt
for May 1st? Can you phone one of the hostel and ask whether they are
expecting a full house that weekend?

Did I miss anyone?
