[Kde-extra-gear] Yakuake support for new KWin blur plugin

I'm attaching a log of an IRC discussion between me and
KWin hacker Martin Graesslin. We'll work on it, but it
looks like it will be a KDE 4.6 thing since it would be
a violation of feature freeze right now, sorry.
