[Kde-extra-gear] Script to convert 'CCBUGS: <bugno>' to '#<bugno>: <title to bug>' ?

Hi,
subject say it all.  Is there a script that extract CCBUGS from
svn commits and convert CCBUGS to a user consumable text like

	#<bugno>: <title of bug>

would be nice to extract this from commit comments or svn2cl outout
to add them to NEWS and announcement files.
