[Kde-extra-gear] KTorrent 1.1rc1 Released

After a good summer of coding KTorrent is nearing a 1.1 release, so we
have decided to release a 1.1rc1 version, so we can get a lot more
people using ktorrent's newest features,  which hopefully doesn't
result in to many bug reports.

The main new features in this release are :

- More search engines.
- More information about a torrent is now shown at the bottom of the window.
- Video and audio files can now be previewed.
- Selecting which files to download of multifile torrents is now possible.
- Download speed capping (still jumpy and will be tweaked before the
final 1.1 release).
- Many bug fixes.
