[Kde-extra-gear] pwmanager_dump-0.9 first public release

Hi,

This is the first release of pwmanager_dump, a small and
portable C program to dump the contents of a PwManager .pwm
file on the command line.
The only two dependencies are zlib and libbzip2. As zlib
and libbzip2 are portable throughout virtually every architecture
and operating system, I'm hoping to get a working pwmanager_dump
for Linux, Win32 and maybe FreeBSD in future. (There was already
some success with Win32).
