[Kde-extra-gear] stable branch/tag?

Hi all,

Exactly where should the stable branch (or tag?) of KEG apps be located? In
branches/stable/extragear/office/kile
for example? 

Or did we agree to tag? The recently released KEG apps do not seem to have tag 
or branched their apps in a consistent manner, so it is not clear to me where 
to put the kile-1.8 code.
