[Kde-extra-gear] <== Subject modification on kde-extra-gear

Hi,

Can't we remove the silly "[Kde-extra-gear] " string
from the subject of extra-gear list messages. It's completely
useless and wastes much screen space on your mail readers
subject line.
We don't do so such a silly thing on devel, core-devel and i18n,
so we should not do it here, too.
