[Kde-extra-gear] K3b 0.11.24 released

Hi everybody,

here comes probably the last 0.11 bugfix release: K3b 0.11.24.
- K3b now ejects the source DVD when reader and writer device are the same
- Fixed problem with very slow data verification.
- Support for newer transcode versions.
- MP3-decoder plugin handles errors in mp3 files better now.
