[Kde-extra-gear] Unsufficient karma to create tags.

Hi there,
I just wanted to create a K3b 0.12 tag but svn told me that I do not have
sufficient karma to create the /tags/k3b dir.How can I resolve that (or better: who can help me resolve that?). Helio?
