Well, Kile is an office application! ;-) It is not a utility, not a graphic 
program, it is not even an editor (although that would be pretty close). 
I don't see why you can have:
pim,toys,addons (all with one app)
but not an office folder. Also, Kile is included in the office folder in the 
K-menu, that's why I suggested office in the first place. I don't feel 
strongly about it, as long as Kile doesn't end up in something 
counterintuitive.
