[Kde-extra-gear] A new maintainer was found!

Hi folks!

The KDE Extra Gear has got a new maintainer. Most of you know him already, it 
is the famous Helio!

So, thanks a lot Helio for taking this over and good luck and a lot of fun.

And to all authors working on code in the extra gear I would like to say a big 
thank you for all your wonderfull applications that were imported and thrive 
in the Extra Gear.
