Hi,

This is the second bugfix release for the stable 1.0 branch
of PwManager.
It fixes some minor bugs and adds a tiny feature. The new
"execute launcher and copy password" button is useful, for
example, if you have a ssh command as launcher. You can execute
the launcher and copy the passsword into clipboard in one step.
So it's easier to paste it directly into the ssh prompt.

  # fixed DEFAULT_MAX_ENTRIES in the core to never overflow.
  # fixed core launcher executer for an empty launcher.

  # fixed text import/export for strings with newlines.
