[Kde-extra-gear] Kst 0.98 Released

  Kst 0.98 has been packaged and uploaded to the KDE FTP mirrors.  It may take 
up to a day to show up.  The Kst download page, 
http://extragear.kde.org/apps/kst.php has been updated to indicate the new 
release as well.

   Highlights from this new release include:
- Documentation!
- Kst debugger and logging
- ELog support
- New view architecture with a layout mode to arrange plots
- Many internal architectural changes to make it easy to extend Kst in new 
ways
- Minor equation enhancements
- Some longstanding bugs have been fixed
- Plugins are more cpu-efficient
- Built-in support for fits
- Revamped data wizard
- User interface improvements and KDE styleguide conformance
- Mouse wheel support
- Removal of Quick functions and merging their capabilities with the 
"non-quick" versions
- Multiple window or tab support
- Event monitoring
- All in all, over 700 changes since the last release!
