[Kde-extra-gear] Code Sharing

Hi,
Ben Burton, old maintainer for KNetLoad and KCPULoad, when I took over
maintaining the first one, asked me to take a look also to the other,
because the source are similar.
And as I can see, the more complex piece of code shared between those two is
the graph code.
As for feature request on bug #84057
[http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=84057], there's the request to allow
the use of an applet to show network load, and also in this case the more
complex code to share is the graph.
Also, in another project (not extragear) I have the need to create a graph,
and the code is, as for k[cpu|net]load, a lot complex.

I was wondering if can be possible to have a 'libkeg', to put small but
complex pieces of code and widget, like a complete customizable graph
widget, to be shared between keg and non-keg projects.
