[Kde-extra-gear] kfish import

Hi!

The applet is in a beta3 stage i think, all i have to do is to recompile 
qt(damn nvidia!) and check for memory leaks(i hope i wont get any) =)
and then i will release it..  =)
do i have to release according with some kde-extra-gear timeline?
