No, I hope that this will never happen because that would work against why =

extra gear was created in the first place.

I mean to make a release cycle for individual apps. I.E. if you want to=20
release k3b in 5 months that you can mark message freeze and feature freeze=
=20
periods for your application on a central page. That is so that translators=
=20
who are interested to work on the app do not need to fear that the strings=
=20
will be changed prior to release.
