The idea of the KDevelop meeting would be to gather the core KDevelop and
Kate contributors so that we could work together for a while.
Last year we did that same meeting and we were 8 people (IIRC), this year we
would like to extend this 8 people a little, if possible, to get the newest
contributors to join.
